Beth Plotner is currently serving her second term as Chair of It's Time, Illinois. She a practicing attorney in the Chicago area, and the only "out" transgendered attorney in Illinois. She is on several national boards including the Gay and Lesbian Bar Association, and the Family Pride Coalition. She has lobbied for transgender rights in both Springfield and Washington, D.C. Beth resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and is a devoted parent to her two sons.
